Pat is the second bass that I ever brought into the world. He is named after a woodworker that was kind enough to gift me with the two carloads of wood that started this entire collection. Pat was created using parts that were left over after years of repairing and modifying basses. It was a personal challenge to create a bass while purchasing as little hardware as possible. As such, Pat features my first wooden bridge, a wooden pickup cover and a walnut fingerboard that extends beyond three octaves. This fingerboard is designed to give a right handed playing position that mimics a string bass. In short, Pat’s a bit odd but 100% unique.
