In Iowa Park, Texas there is a row of pecan trees that make our friends in suburban Chicago very happy. Each year, these tree drop bags full of pecans while my father-in-law painstakingly shells them by hand. Our freezer is filled with these pecans throughout the year and it seems only natural that a log from one of these trees be used to create something special. Clyde has a lot of Texas in him and a great deal of history that went into his creation.
